2. Heating System

Dual-zone ceramic heating wires, paired with horizontal forced air circulation via a high-speed fan wheel, ensure temperature uniformity within ±1℃. Built-in over-temperature protection and overload auto-shutdown safeguard equipment.

3. Short Circuit System

Industrial-grade high-current silver contactors support two resistor channels: <5mΩ low-resistance channel for sudden shorts and an 80mΩ channel for abnormal low-current scenarios (customizable).

4. Auxiliary Functions

Features visual explosion-proof glass window for real-time observation, integrated smoke exhaust, pressure relief, and emergency stop features to address safety risks during high-temperature tests.
