China Temperature Shock (wet heat cycle) Test Chamber Factories, Product

A large - scale Temperature Shock (wet heat cycle) Test Chamber, used for simulating temperature shock and wet heat cycle environments to test product performance under extreme conditions.

Product Description

Test Step
1. Temperature shock
1.1 The test object is the battery pack or system
1.2 The test object is placed in an alternating temperature environment of (-40 ± 2) ℃~(85 ± 2) ℃, with a transition time between the two extreme temperatures within 30 minutes. The test object is kept in each extreme temperature environment for 8 hours, cycled 5 times, and observed at room temperature for 2 hours.
1.3 Requirement: The battery pack or system should have no leakage, shell rupture, fire or explosion. The insulation resistance value after the test shall not be less than 100 Ω/V
2. Damp heat cycle
2.1 The test object is the battery pack or system
2.2 Refer to GB/T2423.4 to perform test Db, with variables shown in Figure 4. The highest temperature is +80 ℃, cycled 5 times, and observed at room temperature for 2 hours
2.3 Requirement: The battery pack or system should have no leakage, shell rupture, fire or explosion. The insulation resistance value after the test shall not be less than 100 Ω/V
