Equipment Structure

Simulate the safety performance of battery cells, battery packs, battery packs, direct short circuits or multi resistor short circuits with loads.

Test Steps

3.1 The test object is the battery system.
3.2 All control systems of the test object during testing should be in working condition.
3.3 Short circuit the terminals of the test object for 10 minutes.
3.4 Short circuit resistance of 1-100mΩ, to be jointly agreed upon by both parties. Observe for 2 hours.
3.5 Requirement: The protective device is functioning, and the battery system is free from leakage, shell rupture, fire, or explosion. The insulation resistance value after the test shall not be less than 100Ω/V.
